Prudential Global Network (d.b.a. PGN HR) is an USWCC/SBA certified woman-owned small business (WOSB). We are also a certified small business by the State of Texas under the HUB program and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Texas DOT. Our legacy dates back to 2004. We are formerly known as UM Global HR LP.

Following a shift in our service offerings in 2018, where we added technology-based HR delivery, and HR processes quality assurance auditing services (due diligence) for Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) negotiations; we were renamed as Prudential Global Network or PGN HR, for short.

Headquartered in Dallas, PGN HR specializes in compensation structuring, job classification, market study, online job analysis, job architecture development, and pre-hire MBTI Personality-Type Indicator Assessment.
